Les Dupree, President
For nearly three decades, Les Dupree has been involved in the security industry, starting as a teenager helping out in the original Dupree Security business started by his father. Retired from the Atlanta Police Department after 17 years, Les is now the co-owner and president of Dupree Security Group and uses his law enforcement training and vast background in preventive security to the benefit of every Dupree client.

Les believes that being proactive is the key to asset and image protection, and is known for the detailed planning and strategic thinking that puts clients at ease. AT&T, Nike, Coca-Cola, McDonalds and the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games are among the organizations that have trusted Les with managing security for their high-profile events and public facilities.

Les is a member of the International Association of Exposition Managers and is actively involved in other industry organizations.

Mark R. Moss, Executive Vice President
Mark R. Moss has worked in the Atlanta convention and tradeshow security business since 1981, beginning as a college job while attending the University of Georgia. After graduating with honors with a degree in Finance, Mark worked as a financial analyst for several years with Arthur Andersen and Dun and Bradstreet. Then, for over five years Mark marketed and provided customer service for a local retail travel agency with national accounts. While working in the travel business, Mark’s position quickly evolved to include meeting and event planning for companies such as Clairol, Kawasaki, ExecuTrain and Sto Industries.

In the convention and meetings security industry, Mark has worked both part-time and full time in operations. Mark has also worked as a contract consultant for major events such as COMDEX and the American Heart Association. For the last fourteen years prior to joining the Dupree Security Group, he worked in executive and operational management for a local security competitor.

Mark’s career has been built upon integrity and professionalism, with a striking desire to provide excellent services to every client. After many years of success with a competitive firm, Mark joined the Dupree Security Group in April of 2009.

Ryan Worsham, Vice President of Operations
After several years of successful service industry experience, Ryan began his career in security and loss prevention in 2002. Initially, Ryan managed the Security and Loss Prevention program for an Atlanta operation of a major national retailer.

In 2006 Ryan shifted his career focus to convention and event security management when he joined the team of the Dupree Security Group. He began with Dupree and as a project manager, where he was responsible for the daily operations for events large and small. Through hard work, attention to detail and an eye for creating and maintaining the highest level of quality services, Ryan quickly rose to the position of Vice President of Operations. Ryan is currently responsible for development and implementation of projects across a broad spectrum of security operations.

Ryan brings to every event a fine-tuning of operational detail with a primary focus of Customer Satisfaction. Ryan brings a hands-on, can-do approach to all events, large and small. His focus and methodology is to act as an extension of each client’s staff. Ryan’s organizational skills and proactive thinking has led to the success of a long list of satisfied customers and events. Ryan’s efforts have led the way for the Dupree Security Group to rise to be recognized as the leader in our local industry.
